About the Board

Chirryl (Chie) Ehlers is the President and Treasurer of the Morning Dove Child Care Board of Directors. She is a graduate of the Ago Foundation College in Naga City Philippines and holds a degree in Midwifery. She has also been educated in Nursing Assistance. Chie has three years experience managing an in-home child care and provided policy and curriculum for the in-home center she managed. Her duties at Morning Dove include menu planning, cooking, and accounts payable.

Russell (Russ) Ehlers is the Vice President and Secretary of the Morning Dove Child Care Inc Board of Directors. He has worked in law enforcement for nearly two decades and currently serves as a Chief of Police. His duties include the keeping of records, policy implementation and update, and will serve as manager of facility security. Russ will also be directly involved in personnel matters and will assist in the structure of in-service training for Morning Dove staff.

Russ and Chie have two daughters and a son and live in Eagle not far from Morning Dove.
